... Have you ever kited on snow? YEP -- several times in the high-meadow, just south of BrianHead Ut, at 10,500 ; but WHAT does that have to do with gliding , while using shitty equipment that's Not intended for the job ?? I ain't that great at any of the kiting stuff , but good enough to keep from...

When gliding it's just your weight in the lines not much force compare to going upwind on water.

I think it can be done safely, it's what i've been doing for 14 y now, but i learned slowly step after step. I fly with brand new kite, bar and lines every seasons. I check my gear (preflight check) line, connexion, attachment points etc ... every session. I Role my line every time i stop on the spo...
