Re: 7 bars from 7 manufacturers ? Or not

ok, so far we had: Takoon BWS ikon Ocean Rodeo Gin Cautionkites and I think Peter Lynn was not mentioned: http://www.peterlynn.com/accessories/depower-control-gear/navigator-control-bar/ In general I like this bar. Lean, clean and simple. Not sure if all cousins have a high Y 2 more: http://stormki...

Re: RRD ditches obsession / obsession pro - now just one kite

http://robertoriccidesigns.com/year-22/kite/kites/obsession-mk10/ Looks like it's much lower aspect than the old pro. 4 /5 line: chrome_2017-09-21_13-56-34.png chrome_2017-09-21_13-56-22.png Reminds me of the 2015 Fuel w/ the Nitrous Bridle option. Another company effectively ditching 5 line kites ...

Definitely comes out of the same factory as Ocean Rodeos bar... :nono:
This isn't new! They've been sourcing from the same factory before, so it makes some sense...

Drysuit will not help with ears ,nose, and mouth. I would find some clean water, not worth getting ill..
+1
Find a better spot or take up flying drones instead. ;)

Re: Polluted water and drysuit in hot weather?

I have the Ocean Rodeo Soul drysuit that for me gets too hot and uncomfortable when the temps get around 21*C (70*F) and up. I only have a wicking T-shirt and boardshorts on underneath. Waterproof/breathable materials work best when it's colder outside relative to the inside of the garment. When the...

Re: Mystic Majestic Harness

Hi, I purchased with the rope slider and would like to know where your supposed to put your safety leash? The spreader bar version has a dedicated spot. Instructions on how to put on the grab handle on the back of the harness. I really enjoyed the clip version on my previous harness. Any info would...

Re: Does Best kiteboarding warranty really work?

Hi, does anyone have issues with Best warranty as well?! Because I have two kites (2015 TS 7&9) broken at the one-pump system and some unglued valves and no answer since a few weeks now... although I know the fact that Best is going through hard times I'm curious what the next step is  very f...

Re: North Bar problem

I believe the 5th Element bars have not changed significantly over the years, only the Quad bars. For those of you looking for info on compatibility of older 4-line kites with the newer 4-line bar and vice versa, here's what I've got so far: Evos and Neos from 2012 on should work on the newer bar . ...

Re: Best trainer kite

I highly recommend trainer kites with 3 or 4 lines. It makes relaunching less of a headache after crashing the kite (you can usually reverse launch them). Ozone, Flexifoil, Peter Lynn, and HQ all make some nice trainer kites with 3 and/or 4 line options. 2m is plenty for learning, but for SUP play, ...
