I think he has the 5'8" and the 5'11" are mixed up. I saw the 5'8 and it was about 18.5 and some one who owns the 5'11 told me his is 20 wide.

Good question. That the tail on the Celeritas looks like it would work great in light wind as long as it is a similar rocker as the 5'8" Celeritas.
