Re: Ultimate freestyle/wave foil - Moses 633 vs. Lift 150 (long-term)

You should have a go in the 170 a step up in performance from the 150, as IMO best wing out there for waves and free ride, tried many and had the moses too very nice build quality for the moses must say, but ended up selling in favor of 170 and 36"&32" mast depending on conditions, I also sold my 1...

Re: Weed now legal in South Africa

Legalization is fine with me. But I prefer not have stoned kiters on the water when I'm kiting, or stoned drivers on the road when I'm driving. :o Bei sure the ones that want to be stoned during a session are already stoned. And driving rules apply as always...like drinking. Good move for SAF dont ...

Re: Ultimate freestyle/wave foil - Moses 633 vs. Lift 150 (long-term)

I've been swooned and in blissful honeymoon with 633 ever since it came out and got rave reviews on this forum. However, many of you are going to disagree with what's about to come next. One day I went down into the basement and remembered my Lift 150, a wing that has been gathering dust down there...

Re: Water in my Lift Mast - possible fix

I would call it more oval but it's the newest iteration. I definitely love it. Big sky little confused as you said you used mast for 2 yrs so this can't be the latest generation mast that goes with 1pc fuselage and wing,if it's the same as the one shown in pics in previous post in thread then it's ...

Re: Water in my Lift Mast - fixed it

Okay, it appears I found a fix. For my fix I removed the screws and the barrel nut. There are no threads keeping the barrel nut in there. On the mast I taped the end where the screw enters and one end of the empty barrel nut hole. I mixed up enough 5 minute epoxy to completely fill both holes and u...

Re: Straps or strapless poll

chalk up another for strapless, rode with a front soft hook for a year or more then ditched it last year best move for me in my foiling, more real estate on the board and my toes are thanking me used to bump into the hook quite often on flying switch stance and would stub my toes, no more! strapless s...

Re: What is considered to be a big or small Board size for hydrofoiling

Hi ! I begun hydrofoiling lately and I always wondered how it would be to have a bigger board for light wind , I'm 220 pounds all wet and I currently use an Axis Ride 145/48 with 2013 Lift foil . So my question is : What is considered to be a small or big board for Hydrofoiling . Is a 148 considere...
