Re: Kite quiver upgrade advise is DT SLS worth it?

I think that was the smarter move. I love the way my 12m Dice SLS flies, but the low end is not where the Dice excels.

That being said, I need to see why my 10m Dice SLS seems to be leaking…

Re: North Navigator Pro Bar 2024

Thank Brent. Is the left powerball all black with two microscopic red dots? Or is it all red? It may be difficult to see which powerball is which when you are gasping for air and have a firehose of water spray in your eyes. Just like, I don't know... maybe the bar itself? Or the floaters? /s sorry ...

Good effort Vladi!

That logo looks really similar to the Majestik Design logo. Any relationship there? If not, be careful, since there may be some trademark disputes.

Will work. I rode Apex straps on my CF Bulldozer. I love the Apex straps, but the North straps are good too.

Re: Bar for Naish Pivot

Agreed with Dirk. Ozone bar is best suited, though the Trust bar will work as well, I have used that combination myself. Do not use the Core bar for the Pivot though. It may fly a little oddly with the high Y, but biggest problem is that the safety system may not work well at all. You do not want to...

Re: CABRINHA Operating System COS Bar (clarifications)

If anyone has a COS 2024, we can compare notes with the 2023 I have. If there is a physical difference it should be easy to spot, but if it is a material difference on something buried under plastic then yeah, going to need Cab Driver to spill the beans.

Re: Duotone Dice SLS 2023

My most flown kite in my current quiver is my 12m 2023 Dice SLS. I have flown a 12m 2018 Dice and a 12m 2018 Evo extensively in the past. The Evo has better low end, no question. Especially true when you just park and fly the kite. However, the Dice does produce more power in the turns, and sining t...

Re: Dreamstick x reviews?

So forgive my ignorance, but the bars mentioned have a functioning auto untwist? You don’t have to constantly untwist your centerlines after any loop or rotation? I didn’t know this existed! Exactly right. When you spin the bar to untwist your steering lines, it also untwists the center lines autom...

Re: Dreamstick x reviews?

There are a few auto untwist bars on the market, and the Reedin is among the best. Cabrinha, Slingshot, Duotone, Eleveight, and soon North have auto untwist bars. All have the same “issue” where your lines must be untwisted before rigging because the auto-untwist locks the relationship between steer...
