No comment on the Venturi but the Sector is a really easy board to ride but has that ability to go fast. At your weight the 60 should be perfect. Id also consider the monaro if you are looking for something faster

if you bring your 9 and 12 you should be good for most spots. You probably can fly your 15 a couple days but you can proabably go hike instead. There are no really good spots for learning. Its either gonna have big shorebreak or reef.
