Dont know what you are talking about :D I mean, i know about how wings affect, but shim?

Thanks for the compliment, will try that! By now ive tried to shift my weight forward thinking to put my head over my front foot (this shifts the hips). Thanks a lot Peter, yes only 7 sessions of around 1 hour each, had a few hard crashes the first days, but think im doing ok considering the time i am on the water with it. Well, 7 short sessions right now, 3 last year, and 4 in the last 3 weeks. I am now consistently foiling both directions, i am also foiling when going downwind (at first i always kept the board on the water when going downwind) and i am carving heel to toeside. why not getting a big motorhome and move around? If 10c its not cold lagos is good. Nice wind season from may to september, then you have waves during the winter in Sagres and some kiting days. Sardinia is nice spring and summer. For winter temperature wise canary islands is best place in europe but...
