Re: wainman kiters quick opinion please?

Hi guys, don't know what kind of wind you're having, but i had so much fun with smoke in 30-33 knts.. Not so funny when the gust hit 40 though..oh, and i'm 75 kilos.

Gypsy is a sweet kite, but in the lower 30's i prefer the smoke and fly :peace:

Re: Wainman vs F-one bandit3 vs new bandits pros & cons?

I spent a lot of time on b2, b3, b4 and b5, but i own the rabbits. The old bandits had quite a lot of bar pressure (b2 i think was the worst), and i was getting tired quickly on those. I believe b3 was first 3 strut bandit with shorter bridles ( fun fact: a year earlier wainman came out with 3 strut...

Well improved hangtime. Handling as good as it was, with lots of options ;)

Re: Epic Infinity & Bullshit Light Wind Claims

I haven't read the whole topic, but i gotta ask: whats the big deal in riding huge boards in 7 knots? We were having some fun in 4-6 knots with raceboard and a regular ( no low wind ) 14m2. No problem going upwind once you get some speed. What i'd like to see though, is how to relaunch the kite in 5...

Re: Wainman Rabbit`s 2.0

all about the bunnies! soon All about kites that can make a grown man look like a child. Kinda like carrying an Alvin and the Chipmunks lunch box to your construction jobsite in your 30s. "Steve, what you riding there?" "A bunny, dude!" "You get your first period or something?" Plus, all that white...

Re: Wainman Smoke 9m

The comment about bar pressure must be a joke, right? I mean, i never heard a girl complaining about it, some stronger guys wanted even more pressure, so its really hard for me to understand this. When i tried the fast setting, bar pressure was too light for me- couldn't feel the kite all the time (...

Re: Wainman Boss 2.0 compared to previous model

Maybe you should try different settings ( you have upwind bridle option ), but i had no problems on a 5km upwinder ( although downwind was more fun :) )

Re: Wainman Boss 2.0 compared to previous model

Rode them side by side couple of months ago. First thing i noticed was way improved hangtime and lift. Don't know about upwind, for me they all go upwind :) Other than that, it works as nice as the first gen.
Huge improvement on the bar as well. One of the best bars out there ;)

Re: Wainmann vs. other freestyle kites?? Help please

Don't want to pimp wainmans too much, just want to say i still haven't find a person who wouldn't LOVE them! There are probably better jumpers, but with a 12m2 in 20 knots you'll fly like a Boss ;)

Re: baby Wainman

Sure hope they won't complicate things with 5th line. Works perfect as it is right now :) And no one pump please!!! Btw, as far as i know, they don't plan on releasing a new one for next 2 years?? You sure thats not an old prototype?
