My conclusion - most of pads have +/- the same comfort level but for me the real minus is plastic locks since on longer sessions they make really unpleasant pressure on my foots. Indeed i like these dazzling colors as well. At least should be no problems to find your board in the water. Not like with mine almost completely white board all the time have troubles with loosing it from sight.
