Re: Joshua smashes record with an amazing 27.5m jump

Indeed.
The German technobable from Core is getting to be laughable. I know their stuff is built well but you're laying it on pretty thick.....

That's a quite a boost at 90ft. though. Damn.

Re: Favourite Foot Straps & Pads Combination

John didn't you get SP QSR straps this year? I was wondering how you were getting along with them. Yes, I got SP QSR straps last year and they were faultless with bare feet. But when it got colder it was difficult to get booted feet into them (even bought two new pairs of boots to try!) so had to s...

Re: Revl Arc cam: Anybody preorder one?

I wanted to bump this thread to see if anyone has taken delivery of their preorder Revl Arc?
The last update I saw indicated a holiday order.

Any buyers/recipients?

Re: The Truth behind Naish Warranties

I think it's hilarious that many of you think that you'll get a different response from other companies. Do you think Cab, North, Blade, Epic or Best are going to give you a new kite?.... You have another thing coming and I can without hesitation tell you you're not going to like the answer. ...

Re: Wishing you a windy 2017 !

Thanks Toby.

2016 was kind to my family. You can always ask for more wind, more money, more free time, but overall I should be grateful.

For 2017 can kiteboarding make a resolution to stop referring to everything as a "game changer"?
That would be great...

Re: GoPro views

Play with the fields of view as well.(FOV) For the Chesty and 3rd person/backpack mount use the Super Wide view. For the strut mount narrow the FOV or you'll look like an ant and see the wing tips of the kite in frame. Line mount is subjective as to how far away you mount the camera. Buy the wrist r...

Re: Ride Engine Harness Webbing strap wear?

Yeah I'm curious about the single strap system too. It seems to be an under spec'ed part of the harness. Maybe not but relying on a small nylon strap and a plastic ladder lock buckle makes me a bit dubious....
It must be OK, I see the new 2.0 harnesses have the same buckle system.
