Re: Neoprene covers on One-pump hose clamps - who needs 'em

The Neoprene covers are very important, even if your happy to spend time filing down the plastic clips so they arent as sharp they are still hard plastic and can damage the kites canopy when packed away. Also the covers help with UV damage to the rubber tubing and plastic clips. Peter Frank.. you ne...

Re: convert cabrinha inflation to plug

I've taught with the converts for nearly 12 months now and consistantly have problems with the valve, mainly being them popping out when the kite is crashed. Apart from the valve problem and a few stitching issues they are great kites to teach with, good safety and a very stable kite in the air. Lik...

Re: kitesufing sunglasses - any differences between brands?

Hi,

I currently import SeaSecs from the US into the UK and sell them throughout the UK and Europe, I cant comment on the other brands but be aware of cheap imitations that at first look similiar but dont use impact resistant polarised lenses and durable frames.

Re: Trip South Africa October , need Advices

For your first week in Capetown the best place for your needs is Langebaan, its about 1 hour up the coast from Capetown and is a nice spot for flat water. October is the start of the season, Jan and Feb being the peak of the season where it is very windy, however it can still be 30 knots in october,...

Re: Blade 2010 Specs

Looks Good!!
Nice to have some extra info explaining the differences in 2009 and 2010 and the differences between the 3 kites. Anyone know if the 2010 blades can fly on the 2009 bars, especially the 2010 4-line prime and vertigo.

Re: 09 Blade range.

I havent flown the Vertigo or the Prime, so cant compare the upwind ability with these. However Ive heard lots of good things about the Primes, and apparently they are very powerful for their size.

Re: 09 Blade range.

Hi, I teach with Blade Triggers (7,9 and 12m), and have to say Im very impressed with them, especially as ive had no problems all summer with any of the blade kites, so the build quality is defo nothing to worry about. The up wind ability is good, especially with the 7m as its surprisingly powerful ...
