Re: Fins for Space potato

FCS PC3 are working nicely on mine.
Not a ton of time on it yet, but seems like a great improvement.

We got dumped on this last weekend.
Up to 4' in the high country.
All favored spots are now fully covered and good to go.

Re: How many snowkiters are in North America?

Very hard to say,
With some kiters only snowkiting a few times a year
to the 100 days a winter, hard core riders.
There could possibly be, almost 100 in Utah.
Very hard question to answer correctly, just a wild guess.

Re: Need your thoughts on selling pre ~2005 C kite please.

No, all around. I must have over a dozen traditional C kites including a couple that were never used. They are taking up space while I wait for a good use to come to mind. I wouldn't sell or give them away to be used, certainly not to new kiters. They had their place in history, a real important on...

Re: Thruster vs Twin vs Quad fins

I have a 2013 4'8" Naish Skater for travel that is twin fin.
Loose and snappy but it takes a little bit of work to get upwind on.
I does fit into my golf bag,but tight.

Re: Big Inflation Valve

Inflate in the deflate valve, to light pressure, (1-2 psi) Much easier pumping, with the lower resistance. Then move to the inflate valve to full pressure. After I purchased my first Ozone with the new Boston type valve. I realized the ease and quickness of pumping in the bigger hole. I started to i...

Re: What size of Jimmy Lewis Model 3

I have the 133 and it is my go to board in the exact conditions you asked about. I had the 139 many years ago and felt it was to big, But now I think the larger 139 may have a surfier feel in the swell than the 133. I ride a 135 Xenon Laluz in smoother water and for lighter winds. But the 133 JL com...

Re: Anyone with issues on Ozone fast inflation?

It has to be tightened very tight. Just like any "Boston Valve" type valve. I remember having to crank down my Cabrinha's '04 ish or they would leak also. Unlike the old valves, the Ozone wont twins the baldder inside the kite. Crank the bitch down, no problem.. Lots of pictures here http://tinyurl....
