Re: Shinn P Foil Mast - Compatibility with other brands

I cannot answer your question positively but I would be very surprised if you found any compatability with any other brand. Each brand has its own shapes and hole patterns. You should consider cutting down the mast you have. Anyone good at metalwork should be able to cut an aluminum mast and tap new...

Re: Power.

I originally was riding small kites, but now I ride the same size as others on twintip. .. Absolutely. As you progress in foiling you can learn to enjoy more power. This allows you to go faster, jump higher, point upwind better, point downwind farther, do tacks and jibes easier and generally rip pa...

Re: Spotz, it's over.

Spotz made some of the best foils a few years ago but lately they just weren't winning races. And now the biggest market seems to be for less expensive and easy to use foils these days.. a product that Spotz does not offer. I had the Spotz 1 and then the Spotz 2 and I look back wth fond memories of ...

Re: tacking pigeon toed position

Be sure that your front foot straps are loose enough for your back foot to easily slide in (and for your original front foot to easily slide out). If you don't get your back foot into the front strap it is very difficult to complete your tack. The tack is a difficult move to master and once you can ...

Re: Ozone bar new graphic

After doing spins or kiteloops I spin my bar to get the line twists out and it is crucial for me to be able to see which is the left side. Grabbing my bar backwards is catastrophic. I presume that anyone who says they sometimes rig their backwards must never do rotations. The new Naish bar is well c...

Congratulations to Nico for a convincing win in an event with virtually all the best male racers in the world. And credit goes to his sponsors Ozone and Mikes Lab.

Re: Sardinia Grand Slam - Day 3

Nico Parlier continues to dominate and widen his lead over Axel.
Steph Bridge is the top female and her son Guy is doing great in the number 4 spot.
Looks like great racing.
