Re: A15 15m first impressions

Ok so had my first flight of the A15... it certainly is different from LEI. I struggled to make power with it. I found the best way to do this was to downloop. Worked fine playing on my deserted beach I was having fun getting pulled around , when I went out into the water for my maiden voyage I quic...

Re: Weed now legal in South Africa

yah maybe its good, but I can tell you being from Canada, we do a lot of border crossings into the USA. Since it is legal (well soon) in Canada the USA is denying entry to some Canadians even if they do not smoke, simply owning stock of a company that produces, distributes pot can be enough to be ba...

Re: Ride Engine ? Slingshot warranty issue

as far as North America is concerned I have no complaints regarding warranty issues with Coleman directly or now Ride Engine, and thankfully the prices of the Ride Engine harnesses are coming down to be at par with others and in many cases less expensive. They even sent me sample patches of their we...

Laughingman, why Prodigy over Flite for TT?
This is only true in the 8m and under range. The flites are not imho good at the top end of their range and wind conditions which you would use an 8m in are often very gusty here on the Great Lakes. In gusty conditions the prodigy is my choice. Clear?

Re: Prodigy??

Prodigy: make a mistake and its forgiving.... Flite: make a mistake and it will spank you hard ... what? I suppose it depends on what kind of mistake... you loop the Flite its a nice tight loop with consistent pull... does not have to go through the window... you loop the Prodigy its pull is consis...

Re: Prodigy??

I'm not a fan of the 12m flite and vs the 12m prodigy I'd prefer the prodigy... the flite doesn't handle the gusty conditions as well as the prodigy.. I've come off the water to switch down to my 7m after hanging onto the 12m.. so lots of wind range! having the other 7/9.5 and now the 12m prodigy i...

Re: Naish Foiling 2018

Taut how do you like the hover 130? I just received mine and the weight of it surprised me... Did you mean it feels solid? ;-) Yeah it has some weight to it. I like it a lot. My foundation for comparison is thin but my experience with the board has been very positive. It is large enough to bounce m...

Re: Ocean Rodeo: The Next Gen Bars Are Here

True game changer, other should follow I must have missed where they said that? I have both of these bars and I had the V1 stick shift. I prefer the shift bar over the control bar the rear line trim just speaks to me, I use it primarily for foiling, its nice to be able to adjust trim with one hand ...
