Re: Knee Advice (Overuse)

Ya got DJD, you need to build up cartilage and connective tissue in and around the joint :cool2: , Smoke a joint, get some Prolozone therapy, or PRP platelet rich plasma therapy, use a holistic MD/DO, not a Orthopedic MD they charge way to much.

Re: Anyone know anything about Sailboats?

Any boat will cost over 5k a year, hell a 10 horse outboard new is 3 to 4.5k new. If your not sailing, but motoring expect 2 to 3 MPG of expensive Marine grade gas, almost the same a small motorboat. If your going somewhere to kite, the wind will always be coming at you. Expect on average 3-4 knots ...

Re: Board shorts?

Buddy of mine likes riding naked, that is till his ass had a run in with his foil, trashed his wetsuit and cut his ass all up. I'm old school always wear board shorts, it helps with diaper rash, I ride with a Seat harness, the shorts makes the harness less glued to my wetsuit.

Set it up like my directional Powder snowboard, back foot at 0deg and front foot at 20deg, both feet set back. Its was so sweet!, I jump L hand forward, so the board giv...

Re: Favourite surfboard for choppy powered up conditions, but still small waves

I ride straps, Love my LF happy sticks, Favorite board so far this year is the Space Craft, which is a directional TT, rips upwind in the Chop the wrong way, so you can slash the waves as you ride them downwind. The Moon Patrol is a much smoother board, still rips upwind almost as good as the spacec...

Re: Pocket board building

Just use the PU Block if the tracks are set in, or make the core the same depth as the tracks then you don't need the PU . You have to beef it up anyway with glass/carbon and a wood or carbon stingers, or it will snap, its not a surfboard.

Re: Stringer in small foilbord?

Thanks TomW - did not mean to wind you up... Also thought about getting this track box - https://www.mackiteboarding.com/ride-engine-foil-track-box/ Available June 2020. you can buy that. It will save work. Other option is to buy the boxes separate and get some HD foam and build it yourself. You mi...
