@matth i've flown Evo and wasn't a fan back when i demo'd them. the last time i tested them was the 2011 kite. have they changed a lot since 2011?

next kites to consider?

i currently ride a quiver of 2010 and 2011 cab switchblades. i like them, but i dislike how slow turning they are, and the bar pressure is just too much. also i'm a woman and bar reach was such an issue for me. the 2011 cab bar was a bit better with bar reach. i remember 2010-2011 north rebel kites ...

about kiting alone vs kiting with friends - the discussion on this thread that's happening is over experienced kiters. i'm sure we could debate this til we're red in the face... but unfortunately Mr. Valtz was a novice - i think we all could agree that any novice shouldn't be alone on the water hook...
