Re: Switch Kites any real reviews??

I’ve been kiting since 2004. Owned 4 Naishs, 3 Windwings, 7 Cabrinas, and last 3 Best Waroos. Hated the Cabrinas mushy turning , high bar pressure and them splitting in waves (06’s to 08‘s.) Was happy with my 09 Waroos, but they’re tired now… well used. I’ve been sampling a lot of kites; most are fi...

Re: Switch Kites

I rode the 12m NITRO ( their 5 strut kite) (though not on a Switch bar.) Awesome construction, best leading edge seam I’ve seen. Radical flyer. *I've seen the new bars and their also awesome. Wish the line lengths were 25m and not 23. I found the kite to be SO RESPONSIVE, that I’m afraid it wont be ...

Re: Best Light Wind Inflatable 2011

LETS MAKE A RULE!
NO SHOWING HOW SMOOTH THE WATER WAS OR HOW EFFICIENT A KITE FLEW AT A LOCATION WHERE THE KITER IS FLYING IN OFFSHORE CONDITIONS! THE WIND COULD BE 20 KNOTS BUT THE WATERS SURFACE IS STILL GOING REAL GLASSY. A COMMON MARKETING TRICK I HATE.

Re: Quitting Kiting

Hay Quitter! Gee…hum…you were kiting OVER GROUND!!! You should have increased your thrill kiting blindfolded, juggling knives while swerving in between concrete telephone poles. Oh, you wore a helmet. So...OK, if you have an accident...at least you wont be a vegitable?!? Kiting on wheels will eventu...

Re: bar pressure decreasing all the time

My elbows are shot due to too much bar pressure. If you are ever suffering from “Tennis Elbow” after kiting; you’ll be soon altering the ligaments/ tendents in your arms, enabling you to straighten out your arm completely. The early Cabrina bow kites (2006 to 2008 Xbows and Contras) were the worse f...

Re: Naish website product info. Why there is not any info at

I’m fine with their website; completely informative. What is bothering me is... I'm interested in the Bolt and I'm waiting to fly one before I 're-kite'. There are two videos in You Tube with people flying a Bolt. Great clips! But good luck looking for REVIEWS!?! I've been searching for 3 months; I ...

Re: Review of SeaSpecs sports glasses

I've had a pair and GAVE them away because they would fog up on me. Since then (4 years ago) I 've used a pair of sun glasses that FLOAT, are POLARIZED and the lenses are Interchangeable and replaceable. They WILL NOT FOG UP and are comfortable. Used by Navy Seals and US Coast Guard. Best... they CO...
