Hi Mede, What is your weight? Thinking of buying a YpraS for kiting as well. Not sure if I should go with the YpraS SS or with the YpraS SM. SM is out of stockm, SS is in stock. I've been using the 800cm2 YpraSurf recently, it's an amazing foil for winging indeed. I'd say the stalling speed is about the same as for the YPRA S 1000cm,but it is obviously much easier to turn. I also find it pumps nicely, without much effort. It's from about 13-14 knts my goto foil for winging ...

I tried out the Kestrel 8m after lengthening the B bridle as explained by funalex. It really improves the flight characteristics further, amazing.... :). The only small thing I remarked is that the ears fold in sketchy loops sometimes, but was super easy to recover each time. Question: I've about 1....

It is a classic mistake, seing many who dont wingfoil, trying to compare and "think" what is the best, kitefoil or wingfoil. Doesnt make sense, they are completely different things and feel and spots/days you want to do one or the other. Learn and get good at both, and THEN decide what you prefer, ...
