Easy, skis for hard conditions and exploring the terrain, and snowboard for freestyle :)

Re: Most Comfortable Harness

I would say try the harness on, bodies are different, so a perfect fit for one guy might not be the best for another...

Re: How to make a kite

^ Maybe you also need to rephrase, that only some models are made in here and there? And, no, the LE has no 200 parts. Unless Eleveight doubled the number of parts? Could be a wrong quote from industry people from me, english is not my first language nor the guy who told me about production....

Re: How to make a kite

Most kites come from a factory in China, and all they do is change a few things to make them for different brands. Core is out of Germany though, and maybe a few other brands from other areas. Core is made in Sri Lanka. Same factory as North and Eleveight. Crazy Fly is actually the only one produci...

Re: The Perfect Quiver

5x5, 5,5, 2x6, 3x8, 9, 10, 2x11, 3x12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Seriously? 22 kites! So is that considered a quiver or a collection? You only get to count the ones that hold air and are ready to fly. I definitely understand the need for redundancy. You need enough stuff that breaking something is a pause, no...

Re: Board size for #2.

I am a sucker for gear, and would never have one board. There is a lot of personal taste, riding style and so on, but for me I have one bigger board with boots and one smaller with straps. Like to have that combo and the opportunity. And fun to mix up straps and boots. More variation. For that I wou...

Re: The Perfect Quiver

I have been there too in 2002...I never knew which kite to take! :P Thought you only used 18 and 16 no matter the wind Toby? ;) haha yes and filling up the car to the spot is a problem, buying a bigger car now hahaha :...

Re: The Perfect Quiver

I just alternate even/odd sizes when I upgrade.I don't sell the older ones.I run 7,8,9,10,12 rpms and a mega looping 9m fuel.Next up is an 11 rpm.Ill be spending more time figuring out which kite to rig than actually kiting! haha every size that is cool! But I find it harder to pick then haha But f...
