After 184 posts in this thread I'm still not sure if Best are bankrupt or not ... or have I missed something? :?:
Agreed. It's a pity to be speculating as it will certainly hurt the company of they are not.

Re: Calling all fatties!

Finless is super fun. I get the problem..I would personally look for the stiffest board you could find. Personally I like to go powered so I tend to go with small boards, but if you are getting in to unhooked you might want something bigger. I'd take a look at the naish monarch. It has channels as w...

Re: Naish Torque Control Bar issue

It does need a tad different technique than the old ones, but it's not hard and mostly just getting used to a little less travel for the release. The reason why the Langerees hook in/ deadman is simply because they do unhooked stuff. They would do that on any bar. I've ridden that bar a full season,...

Re: Naish octopus female repair

https://fixmykite.com/prodimages/large/fmk_naish_octopus_valve-1.jpg Hello all, How hard is it to stick the female valve back on the bladder? Because it is at the bottom with no flat surface. Did anyone successfully did this? I don't want to order 6 valves and it doesn't work or is hard to do. than...

Re: High wind surfboard to add to my nugget

naish boards are retardedly expensive, therefor you can't depend on people's opinion of them. No one is going to asmit they dropped twice as much money on a piece of shit board that rides similar to another for half the price. Plus, taunt hasn't ridden aNY thing but naish since the late 90's anyway...

Re: High wind surfboard to add to my nugget

My high wind big wave board is the Naish global. Provides a ton of control in high wind and high speed. In general you are looking for a much more narrow board than what you have. One of the stand out features of the global is the tail rocker IMO. Makes you able to really dig the tail in for a great...

Re: 2017 Naish Boxer in waves

Which size? I have ridden the 11. For cross off you can't really go very wrong at all. The qualities of the kite though lends itself to wave riding quite well. It doesn't have drastic on off feel in gusts or when slack to tight lines (down the line riding). It has good wind range, and good depower. ...

Re: 2018 Naish kites

Sounds great. So how about the 9 or 10 Slash or Pivot? This kite needs to be versatile. So far I have always loved the 10/9 Pivot for jumping and agility with a TT and I feel the bar is set super high. Do you have any opinions on that? It doesn't have to be side by side comparison but I'm so depende...

Re: 2018 Naish kites

Hello All, I'm finding this thread very interesting. I too had the conundrum of choosing between the 2018 Pivots or Slash. I've ridden Pivots for 3-4 seasons now. I went with the Pivots initially as they had light and consistent power delivery in the turns and turned on its wing-tip comparatively q...
