Real nice
Yeah maybe but my point is that if he wants to promote his product he should just do that, instead of pretending to care about spots. I've bought his products too.

..but you are right it was harsh. I edited my original post.

Re: More and more riders on less and less spots?

Get organized and involved and you'll save the spots. Shit doesn't just closed down. If you have a strong group with proactive activism, you'll keep the beach open. A ton of people on KF are exactly these people that spend countless hours trying to keep beaches open. If you posted this just to push ...

Re: Fastest turning wave/boost kite

As compared to any other fast turning kite out there. Except for the Flite, because everyone knows the Flite doesn't have any power through the turns either. When you have a kite with a pivoting turn, yeah it's going to turn fast, but will you be powered through those turns? No, not at all. i mean,...

No power through the turns though, bad for loops
In the pivot? As compared to what?
The loop on the pivot depends on how you loop it, but sure it doesn't loop like the Torch.

Re: How to steal Money from dummies 101

Most startups that have to make hardware of any complexity, fail. They don't know how to design for production, work with suppliers, secure the supply chain, service and returns, distribution and retail support. Or they may only know some of this. It's way, way more complex than is understood by mo...

Re: Fastest turning wave/boost kite

To me it is easily the Pivot, but you'll get a lot of different answers here. I mean you know the BRM is super fast turning, but personally I do not have too much experience jumping it. On the Pivot I do both.

Re: How to steal Money from dummies 101

I think the complaints about new tech products is just a matter of two things being informed and understanding the complexity of developing high-tech hardware products. If you think you are buying a product when you give away money on kickstarter of Indiegogo you are sadly mistaken. What you are doi...

Re: Toxic Water Nearly Killed My Kite Buddy

There are yearly spills in Kailua too (winter most common). Any rain would make the sewage plants overflow and it will spill into the canal and run right out into the bay and down the beach following the current. Its a known issue and the state isn't doing much about it. We used to call it poo-kitin...

I've used it. It's a while ago now, but it worked great. Super easy to use. I think they have evolved the product even further now.
