Re: The best boosting kites. Your real world testing :)

Don't own a measurement system nor I'm a great booster. That said, I'm really impressed by my FS Speed 5 21, not for the height of the jump but for how long I'm staying in the air! The fact it is soooo slow let you stay in the air forever.

Re: XR4 or XR5. Big differences ?

I own 3 Cores, an old XR 7 from 2010 that never had an issue in 7 years of use, an XR2 15 and an XR4 11. Also owned an XR 11 and an XR LW 17 (first LW by Core). Quality is superlative, after sale service is a dream and durability is really top level. I don't want to discuss about performance because...

Sorry, found, thank you. Do I please have to oversheet with both the floaters when I feel it's falling down?

Thanks again

Re: FS Speed 6

Thank you very much for the input Sergio! The only problem is that I can't see the video, the link opens a page in Vimeo who invites me to get the pro version. I'd really like to see that video, is it please also on youtube?

Thanks a lot!

Re: FS Speed 6

Here on our lake, when I speak about "lulls" I mean that for some minutes there's no more wind and for "no more" I mean zero, water as glass. In these conditions also the most experienced foil users (there are at least two guys who are really expert) can't keep their kites in the air. So relaunch is...

Re: FS Speed 6

My experience till now with the 21 is that also the Speeds when it comes to very gusty/difficult winds is not the best deal you can think of. Also, relaunch is a complex measure: 50% is for shure experience and skill but the other 50% is all about luck, especially in really marginal conditions. If y...

Re: FS Speed 6

I think I will forget the Sonic, it never existed :-)))))))))))))) Joking, but reading your valued opinions the verdict is quite unanimous: the Sonics are more difficult to handle than the Speeds and they're more oriented to foiling than to TT freeriding. Add to this that my home spot has an extreme...

A Sonic 13 and the TT? Too difficult to handle?
