Re: Crazyfly Bulldozer 2017

Thanks! I found the 2017 Monarch pretty flat and stiff so the bulldozer is probably not a good option.

Cheers

Crazyfly Bulldozer 2017

Had anyone on here tried the 2017 Crazyfly Bulldozer? Any comparisons to the Hadlow TS or Naish Monarch would be especially useful.

Thanks!

Gonzolinho,

Just out of interest, what are the differences between the 17 and 18 Monarchs? I liked in the shop and they appeared superficially the same

Re: Naish Monarch 142 or Naish Stomp 138

I would be wary of the 142 Monarch in straps, the 2017 felt too big for me using straps at 100kg. Is the Stomp really that bad upwind?

Are you planning on using it with boots or straps?

Re: Board advise, 2017: North Xride vs Naish Monarch

The early Monarchs might have been a good option, but I find the 2017 pretty stiff in the chop. It does carve noticeably better than the 2014 though.

What about a motion?

Re: below the bar trim

Have tried both, and unless you are: 1) unhooking a lot with significant depower on (rare), 2) have a disability or are extremely weak, or 3) are a noob then BTB is better once you are used to it, (cleaner, moderately faster, more precise and greater range). Unless the above factors apply IMO you wi...

Re: What size Naish Monarch

Thanks for the advice, I am leaning towards the 138cm. I would like to hear from anyone who has tried the 142cm though, especially in straps. Cheers

What size Naish Monarch

Hi All, I am looking at getting a 2017 Naish Monarch but am unsure what size to get, the 138 or 142cm. I am 6'3" (190cm) and 220lbs/100kg and will use it for a mix of unhooked (raley to blind) and hooked in riding. I use straps and have no plans to go to boots, usually ride flat water if that makes ...

We have left the kite at the Cumbuco Police station as we are no longer in Brazil.
