Re: North Light Wind kites comparison - Anyone?

Based on that review about Fuse, here is my question:

As EVO has an excellent lowend and don't backstall, why did North choose Fuse to make such big sizes against EVO?

North Light Wind kites comparison - Anyone?

Hi, I'd like to read something about North Light Wind kites comparison.... The kites should be Dyno 15, Dyno 17, Fuse 16 and Fuse 18. Maybe compare against previous versions of Dyno, like 18 2011 and 17 2012. The most important points are Upwind ability, low end, turning speed, lift, hangtime and re...

Fuse 2013

Link for the North website: http://www.northkites.com/products/kites/fuse/

I am really interested in a comparison between fuse 16, fuse 18 and Dynos 17 and 18, in terms of light wind performance: lowend, turning speed, hang time and lift.

Anyone?

Re: Naish global fins set up

I have always ridden it quad, with the bigger fins on the back. So, for thruster, do i have just to move one of the back (smaller one) to the center room, or do i have to put the bigger on the center and put the smaller fins on the front? Thanks PS: i always ride strapped, as i also like to do big a...

Naish global fins set up

Hi,

The naish global surfboard comes with 4 fins, 2 small and 2 big. The board has 5 rooms to setup the board quad or truster.

My doubt is: how to setup it for tri fins? Which rooms to use and which fins to use... Any help?

fins on light wind kiting

Hi, i ride a global kitesurf board with quad fins. My board has 5 rooms, so i can right from 1 to 5 fins.

My question is: How many fins should be better to ride on marginal winds? I found quad is not good for this condition.... may be 2 fins?

Re: any difference between flip and roll?

In my opinion,

Spin = turn around lines axis (vertical against water)

Roll = turn horizontal, pararel against water

Re: Dynabar V7 XT, new challenge

mocolombo I am now using for a month the North Transformer + Dynabar V7. It is an amazing set! Perfect! Are you using the rope or the bar? X I am using the bar, the freestyle one. It is soft and can hold the chicken loop in the center even while looping the kite. No bad issue about that. regards.
