Just made from hardware store PVC and fittings. Easy to make as tall as you want, and you could make it wider by putting the mounting points inside the handle. Add some grip tape and your there.

Re: How many boards do you own?

For TT, having a small board for being well powered and a larger board for lighter wind is nice. Much easier to run back to the beach and change boards vs. putting up another kite. Also, it is not a bad idea to have a beater board if you kite somewhere thats not nice and sandy. I use my Shinn Dundee...

Re: Ralf Groesel and Bullshit Light Wind Claims

I have been off KF for a few years, so it's good to check back in and see the same posts still going on. My light wind key to success is usually due to the fact that I almost always drift launch. My big kite is my 15m Ultra, and if it launches off the water, it is ridable with my foil. I really enjo...

Re: too much old gear problem

It is sad to have kites that I would have been thrilled to have when I was starting, just sitting on the shelf not getting used and not getting sold because they are not worth much.
I'm just waiting for someone motivated enough to go get lessons so that I can "just give em away" to a good home.

Re: Impact vest with pockets

I would say that you should just get a small back pack to carry that list of stuff you ride with. The problem with the backpack is that it's hard to fit well over the vest, if you still want the vest for flotation or impact protection. I had the NP High hook and didn't like it either for the same r...

Re: Original Liquid Force to Learn

I learned on an original LF Foil Fish setup and thought it worked fine to learn on even with just the full mast. I just switched to the longer fuselage and I really wish I had that while I was learning. If you get the original LF setup, I would highly recommend starting with the longer fuselage. It ...

Re: WMFG pump quick fix

Do you have a way to seal it off without the gauge? I would rather not have the gauge or the golf ball, 😂. I'd imagine you could put a small bolt in with the same thread as the gauge. Obviously way better deliberate fixes. I just wanted to put this out there for someone to be able to fix their pump...
