Re: Moses 2018

"The beauty of these wings are, that even when too much kite, they are slower so they dont get out of control like smaller wings do" Spot on, i use the onda to pratice in high wind conditions where the 637 gets dangerous to try new stuff. I can not follow this idea... it is not like this for me. Bo...

Re: Moses 2018

Does anyone know if the shims work as good as placing the mast back for the 633/Moses T60? I mean: can I just go for tho 633/T60 with a shim or is it better to make tracks (or extra holes 4 cm back) in the T60? I had my doubts, but after testing it myself I have to say it works very well. I did not...

Picking up the 633 tomorrow. Am I stoked or what!!
I suspect I'll get even better low end with my Hyperlink 9.

For sure!!
Quite a bit. At least way easier in low end conditions.

Frank

Re: Moses 2018

Really nice looking board. You might need to mount the 633 a bit farther back Hard to tell from photos. 130mm from tail to rear plate holes. I use foothooks, so needed that distance to get rear hook in position. only using my hooks for lazy man waterstart.. but looking forward to going strapless wi...

Re: Moses 2018

Tom, I think you will like it a lot, most people do, no matter what level, at least as an additional option for specific riding styles or conditions or simply to mix it up when normally riding high-aspect race wings for example. Also when there is seaweed it can make a session still being enjoyable,...

No one has mentioned the Zeeko pocketboard that has standard tracks and decent looking rocker, length about 110 cms. Anyone tried it with a big wing?
Expecting a few next week, Will test with Moses Onda then.

Re: Does it matter to have a heavy board for foiling

Board weight makes a big difference, but I would not say anything specific is better or worse, it is more complex than this. In the end everyone needs to figure it out individually or have good advice. Only saying lighter is better does not do it really, there is quite a bit more to it. Cheers, Fran...

Re: Moses 2018

Where Slingshot foils are made? There some good factories in China and some shit ones. I won't buy another foil, until I know which factory made it. Yes, I know. I'm weird about stuff like that. :angryfire: This thread is about Moses (Made in Italy) really, no? But why don't you tell us more about ...
