What do I like: - Exotic locations (doesn't always have to be the palmtree-island stuff, I saw a video of a guy somewhere up north going between icebergs...that was cool too) - Tricks performed with style and grace (i don''t care about difficulty or old- or new-school as long as it's done with style...

In the old days when depower was non-existing and you were being dragged a mile downwind: "When will the hurting stop"

nowadays plenty of depower, but also more powerfull moves. When the shit hits the fan there's not much time to think so mostly it will come down to : "DOH!" :thumb: :bye:

It's better if you don't lock your ankles with special brace support. I have had alot of ankle problems with other sports (squash mainly) and if you start using braces the problem will shift to your knees/hips. Even worse if you become depended on the support you will even injure yourself whith just...

I love listening to music and I love my ipod. But listening while going 60km/h over water I think should be illegal.

You need all your senses to ride save...

Imagine somebody screaming for help or warning for a runaway kite while you are listening at your michael jackson collection :bye:

Yes...definatly flown by handles (the kite twists, indicating powerline lengths change aswell as steering lines). There is a reason you never see the pilot in any of the shots. The way it flies looks exactly like when I flew my old Revolution kite (15 years ago)... But it's a nice commercial :thumb:

Tried my first real kiteloop in +-32knots 2 weeks ago (not a high one - but through the powerzone in front of me)... the crash was enourmes... it took me 5 minutes to get my senses back... I think I need to take it a step down and try it in 20-25knots wind. Also the pull/launch was so strong and fas...
