My friend is going on a Norwegian Cruise that stops at the following points: San Juan, Philipsburg, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Samana, Dominican Republic. He is not sure if it makes sense to bring his kites with him. Is there kiting that can be easily accessed from those points whil...

Does wind blow every day in november? Is lagoa de conceiçao a safe place to teach a beginner? Do we need a car for nightlife or are there buses?

He's got a glass eye now, still not kiting yet. He's still a bit freaked out, for obvious reasons.

I get bit from the ankles to knees and the water is knee to waist deep so unless those are crawling creatures in the water, it doesn't make sense.
