Yeah, Montana is where the Pineapple Express hits the Great Cold Divide and it just dumps. It's like 5 degrees in Helena and less than 25 miles away on the other side its 35.

Call the retailer or the shop who sold it to you. They have an obligation to make sure the kite is in working order and you understand how it works.

All these guys have it covered pretty much. Keep your options open a little bit, You never know where the good stuff will be. The Bighorns have traditionally been a great early season locations.
