Use carbon rods for instance... Yes, that´s my next project: using a good kite design software to create a completely new kite without these superfluous (?) parts at the end. Having a bridle-supported leading egde ... for what do I need something hanging down there, which doesn´t create any lift but...

I'd avoid using straight stitch on heavy load / pressured areas as much as possible...

Hi,

yes, our Cabrinha Airlock 2 valve has velcro pre-welded on the valve and no, we do not put any EVA foam in between (not needed at all), you just install valve on the existing place (stick on solution).

PS: You'll have to remove old one if you want to install new one, so compare them when making swap. If new bladder is slightly different then all should be just fine.

Virtually all except Slingshot (LE). Check tips on my previous post... A bit confused now, arent ALL kites secured with the "tip wrap around and velcro lock" at both tips? Females are hard ones to change well. I'd go for a new bladder, as you've wrote that you never did it.
