Re: First (near) deathloop!

Well done mate !

I had a deathloop too a year ago. The depower rope tangled around the bar because line went too slack and I fell during a foiling jibe.

I also had the automatic QR reflex :)

Re: Spotz 4 Shark

I tried briefly a Spotz Shark. Felt more stable (less playfull :D) than my Tuna and it seemed that it was tracking upwind better but I had no GPS to confirm this. For pure speed, I think my Tuna with the freerace front wing is still faster so I'm gonna wait for Spotz to add a faster front wing to th...

Yes for pure speed they are on Sword but Sword 2 with speed wings, not Sword RS.

Re: Ocean Rodeo: 10 & 12m Flite

I bought one v4 10m some weeks ago ! mainly for hydrofoil application but also TT. I just tested it today in irregular 12-25 knots on a small TT and 26m lines. I was sometine a bit overpowered with my 62kg, and sometimes hard to stay upwind, just to describe the ride conditions. Kite is exactly wha...

Note that it seems to feel better to go fast being wider, even much wider, but for most general flying your normal surf stance should be comfortable. R H :thumb: High speed - wide stance is more stable. Low speed - narrower/...
