I have been in quite some kiteplaces in the world and the only place I have worn sunglasses is in Cabarete. Not due to the sun but due to the extremely salt water and the splashing in the eye, because of the choppy conditions.. Normally no sunglasses of course due to the lack of good sight when wear...

I truly love my North Jaime Textreme 136.
Above 30 knots I am looking for a smaller board though... around 130-133 cm
Anybody got a secondhand CF Raptor or a Carved I 6 in that size? :D

normally 15-20 minutes to my homespot katwijk aan zee -netherlands-. Other sea spots also less than 30 minutes..Sometimes with easterly winds about 35 minutes muiderberg e.g. mostly in summer.

working on living closer to the sea... 😉

I was there last year in July. Kanaha beach park is the placYou will need your 9m. Wind strenght is exaggerated. Winds are also warm so less strong than cold winds. Nice place but I like kiting in Europe / Holland more.. haha. You can rent with e.g. the Cabrinha shop. Don't need IKO, if you can real...

Been said before but the actual Scores of each jump would add to the spectacle and also give the riders more instant feedback on judges preferences. Riders then may adjust. I suppose if we wanted to get real anal we could have a set of moves rated on their difficulty, then given points for height, ...

Hi Toby you're the expert so...Why did Kevin not win? Looking at the finals movie his jumps were definitely the highest....

Anyway: 2 out of 3 as predicted isn't bad, isn't it?

And if Ruben had not dislocated his hand then it could have been 3 out of 3...
