i am very surprised all you folks want him to buy a new kite. dude, do what i did. buy it used from last year. you will get kites for less than 50% of their retail prices. many times, person has used it only once or twice. checkout the Chicago kiteboarding forum. they have a good classifieds section...

i have searched, searched, and searched for 5th line mods for profire bars. I couldnt find anything. yes, ofcourse I could buy an expensive oneline system, but it is alot more fun to work on it myself. if anyone here who has updated that profire to 5th line.... please post some pics and instruction....

its really weird but i find almost any girls/women, over age of 18 , who kites, very sexy...

they might not look great, but kiting makes up for ALL the flaws...

just very dissipointing that there are not more girls kiteboarding, and those that do are taken...
