Chemical compatibility has nothing to do with my objection. Putting Loctite on screws that are removed frequently is not what it is meant for. Most likely it will become nuisance after few removals and threads will need to be cleaned from dried up residue. The purpose of blue Loctite is to provide ...

Would love to hear the logic behind this one. I know certain plastics and loctite don't play well together, but never heard about that with an epoxy or anything else.

Loctite or Vibra-tite (harder to find) is the way to go

Weight only REALLY matters when you're racing. And of course alum and g10 is more durable than CF
