If it would be the cloth after 4 sessions in less than a month that would be insane. The thing is brand new! The ultralights are build to order so it probably was made less than 2 weeks before I got it.

First of all: the kite is setup in closed cell mode. I checked the zippers behind every intake and closed them. They came 90% closed from the factory but they’re all tightly sealed now! Thank you very much for posting this! I've opted to go the same route but I've ordered dyneema instead of dacron. I'll also try to splice all loops.
