Re: light wind foiling pansh aurora 12m ul or ozone hyperlink ul

s4 lotus stays in the air similarly as Aurora light. Not more not less and both are very good at flying in lower wind. But again, Pulsion is another world from my experience (I had these 3 foil and also s2 silver arrow)

Re: Ireland in late May?

I plan to go to Achill Island in May ; do you think Hydrofoil is adapted in the lake or on the ocean ? In the affirmative, I wonder if Pure magic could rent one HF or if I should take mine in the plane ...

Re: light wind foiling pansh aurora 12m ul or ozone hyperlink ul

ultimate low wind capacity is the Conceptair Pulsion. Better than all ozones and Pansh, even in light cloth. From my experience recent auroras need no briddle adjustment in low wind except a bit of trim ; (Maybe a bit for highest wind in some example). From a friend who owned HL and Pulsion : HL mor...

Re: Pansh Aurora2 19m with Zeeko Carver

Sergio, In which country are you riding ? I must say I admire your skills on HF and race kite. Do you actually think that all the complexity of the sketches you show above is worth it ? To me i would simply suggest to either stock to traditionnal 1 : 1 or modify to 1 : 2 if depower stroke or turning...

Re: Pansh Aurora2 19m with Zeeko Carver

From my experience with pansh and 2 : 1 bar : - i used a 2 : 1 bar on a aurora 22m : It was really helpful : improvement on turning but mainly on depower indeed - for a aurora 15m i did not felt a 2 : 1 was useful if you use a large bar . So i have not tried 2 : 1 on the 15m. - i aso compared 1 : 1 ...

Re: Pansh kites for snow kiting

For an accurate advise you need to precise your ride objectives and conditions : Your weight, your board TT size,Hydrofoil ) , your snowkite style (Mountain or flat), and snowquality (Deep or ice) ;
Generally speaking a15 will be more all-round kite specially for snow.

Re: Pansh Aurora II 10m - one item off bucket list

For example it allows to recover more easily when turbulences of the mountains can catch the leading edge for a frontstall. You can also punctually force the kite to keep lower in the sky when you fear to get an instability at the zenith or extreme wind window. Maybe you have experienced it with you...
