Re: F one Bandit 12m 2018 V's 2017 review

So it has an extra pulley, 6 totals? I wonder if this is just to improve the 1 line flagging or why they needed it. I thought the previous version the LE was already pretty thin, kite still felt rigid and stable? Maybe on high end for bigger guy would be an issue? Maybe they used new dacron? No clue...

Re: How to make a kite

To end with this, whats your problem if Core are made in Germany or in Sri Lanka? Arent they excellents kites anyway? Too expensive for me but I did try a 9m XR4 in 22 knots, I was really impressed with it ;) Didn't care too much for weird QR, very nice feeling at the bar, control power right at th...

Re: Video Clips Toby Braeuer Airstyle

This is something I've thought alot about recently and a great point - the price we pay to learn a new trick - aka the "ticket to admission for trick mastery." I think crashing is a skill that is every bit as important as riding. Having an acute awareness of the kite's position in the window is key...

Re: sitting on the board to relaunch

I have shinn el stubbo which is one of those thin deck. Doesn't have much volume so it's easy to keep board underwater twintip style to relaunch. (with one strap never tried strapless) To relaunch LEI in lightwind I point the board opposite direction I am trying to relaunch kite, I found out that if...

Re: Pocket board width

Extra width gives you more room for foot switches I would have thought. I have seen a video of someone using just the shinn carbon stiffener as a board (the mount plate that fits onto the stubbo/shinnster) and that's about as wide as his feet. :o oh that's small lol, I have the shinn el stubbo that...

Re: Video Clips Toby Braeuer Airstyle

And so many more options, it's crazy. To do list has another 1500 trick combinations on it, and if I would go really exact after all, another 1500 easily. Now add kiteloops, switch and blind to all, we have another 5000 (which I won't do, others can do). It doesn't stop. There is only one disciplin...

Re: How to make a kite

Though everyone knows kites are assembled where labor is cheap. Looks like crazyfly made it work in Europe with experienced people... You are right. That "bunch of indians" are not experienced people :o They are not even humans, just a bunch of cheap monkeys that must be hardly controlled to get th...

Re: Serious Big Air

What’s wrong with kite tangle Really, you have to ask? OK, I’ll play, How about putting other people in unnecessary danger? You want to drown yourself doing interesting things, go ahead. You want to endanger others, I personally am not as comfortable with that. What’s wrong with a terrible launch? ...
