Only time I rode a 9m it was in medium powered 12m C kite wind I'd guess was 15-20 knots, when the owner of the 9m wanted it back I took out a 7m and was surpised how powered up I was. I cannot say for sure how the wind ranges compare but the 7m has suprising low end because it's so fast it can gene...

Flysurfer has been using pulley/blocks on their kites for years and still use them. Yes the pulleys can be a problem but obviously are not enough of a problem for FS to stop using them. Hook up a 5th line to the pump leash, waay easy to relaunch
