Just go to the woo website and file a warranty. I did and they are sending me a new clip for free.
Woo got back to me next day, they are being very helpful, great support!

Re: Casualty in Sicily

R.I.P. and condolences to the family.

my information from someone who was there at the time is: " the wind was around 15 knots, rider was on a 12m, kite looped and throw him on land."

be safe!

Re: Do you disassemble your foilboard after each use?

I have two sets of Fone foil, both all carbon exept one mast which is aluminium, and the "head" to fit in to the KF box is carbon or carbon composit, actually it's the same as the one on the carbon mast, so there is no differents regarding corrosion. (it has a brass or bronze like insert fitted for ...

Re: Ride Engine ? Slingshot warranty issue

My Son broke his HexCore, got it replaced.
Also interesting about your plastic covering the straps, I use RE Carbon V1, probably well over 500 hour of kiteing and Im only now starting to see the plastic "hardening" up, which I think is just before it will break...

cheers

Re: Foilers vs Kiters proportion now

for me its actually easier to fly with a foil set up then regular TT... my pocket board is 112 cm (and could be smaller) which is the largest item and can easily fit in as a "regular" bag. about the young riders, my son learned to foil at 14. he enjoys freestyle the most but loves to foil as well......

Re: 30.4m Jump on Woo? Now 30.7m!!

Today I lost the lock clip of my Woo3 mount. After Some calls to local shops I heard that woo stopped selling to other dealers, they only sell direct now but they got no accessories for sale any more so i am not able to mount my Woo anymore. Together with the no-firmwares and the price drop of the ...

Re: 6m soul for foiling

I honestly cannot understand how someone can actually prefer Foil kite to LEI kite in high wind. For light wind it is obvious and i myself use FOIL kite in light. This comment "it seems you pull the bar, wait a moment, then all of a sudden the kite tips over and turns like crazy"... Small tubes are...
