Re: Shoulders Forward?

"Re: shoulders forward..... Sorry, just cant dig it. like sitting or lying down on your foil. Novelty at best. Narrowing your base decreases agility. For any kind of dynamic carving, riding swell.... sideways stance is where its at!" Correct! If you look at it from the technical point of you... Howe...

Re: Complete Tear ACL

hello, IMO you need to have surgery. I broke my ACL two years ago, in a ski accident, I was 46 at the time. As a pro acrobat, I would have benefited from a speedy recovery (in aprox. 10 days), if opted for no surgery. I'm now very happy that I had the operation. However, it was explained to me, very...

Re: what size F one mitu.

Just had my first session on 2018 Mitu Pro. 5'6 (78kg)
I intend to use it around 20 knots or more, it did not feel small, happy with the size.

Re: How to crash advice

1, keep the kite flying 2, fall away from the board 3, after you crash, body drag away from the board for a few second, as its likely to follow you 4, when you fall, and kite is dropped if you have truble with quick relaunch, try to recover the board before it gets to your lines... (I swim for it, w...

Re: beginner foil

I think this the Fone foil and board is a nice beginner setup. The new 850 composite front wing is user friendly, but still fun to use. You can get any mast length and since its aluminium, it will not set you back to much if you like to upgrade it. The board is well built, for the early learning pun...

Re: Why did kitesurfer cross the road?

according to this FB post he is hurt but not to bad, considering... 'In Yeisk (Russia), a gusty wind threw the 29-year-old rider onto a roadside curb, and then straight into the shop window. Extremal first hovers above the road, and then falls sharply, successfully crossing the passing car, from whi...

Re: F-One 2018

I've just got my Mitu Pro 5'8, and it is 4kg!! :o Too heavy! On site it says 3.5kg. 0,5Kg of difference is too much. This is my first mitu, so I didnt know it could get that heavy... I´m thinking on replacing it... or maybe without the fins... I just received my Mitu Carbon 5.6 and its 3.25 kg (2.9...
