Have you checked your line lengths? With time, jumping, pressure etc, the front lines can stretch which can account for your situation. Sometimes you have to adjust the pigtails/knots you're using to ensure you have adequate throw at the bar.

@ORSales, any word on if/when your adjustable stopper will be sold separately for other bars with PU tubing etc? Sounds useful for Airstyle and taking tension off the arms when needed.
