Re: Eleveight RS: My Review

If you tell me I can buy a 10m that flies at 6 knots, my only (two-fold) question to you is, “so what is it made of and how fragile is the material?” We always talk about stability vs. agility but equally important is performance vs. durability. But I’m always open to having my mind blown on the wa...

Re: Eleveight RS: My Review

I’ve had my eye on Eleveight for a little while and am enjoying reading the reviews on their different models. This RS review is certainly positive. Looking through their 2018 catalogue I’m a bit puzzled by some of these indicated wind ranges. Makes me question durability.. What's your point? If yo...

Re: Cabrinha Fireball vs slider rope.

You can just saw the hook off and get much better pivot system (save some $$ too): fireball.png Still, not as good as fully functioning slider for wavering. Yeah, you are right, that's a possiblity too. I kind of use the same now: Why a ring in addition to the loop? Do you get more of a pivoting ac...

Re: Cabrinha Fireball vs slider rope.

...I am asking if anybody has any experience with both systems. What do I gain by just another opinion not based on any experience? Useless! Re: Cabrinha Fireball vs slider rope.

Bartolo, you are very welcome. My first experience with a rope slider system was with a Dynabar. Personally, I did not like it. My experience with it was like yours. The two sliders i use currently are the Ride Engine and I use the Dakine Option Spreader bar with the Dakine C-1. I use the Dakine Hoo...

Re: Cabrinha Fireball vs slider rope.

Anybody has experience with the fireball compared to a slider rope bar? Is it similar as good for strapless toeside riding as a slider rope bar? I have a Prolimit Vapor hardshell harness and defintely need something other than a fixed hook for waveriding so the harness can stay in its fixed positio...
