Re: Video: Jesse Richman - Learn to Fly

If I would be younger and use small kites to loop, you would see the most crazy Boardoff megaloop...with minimum 100 combinations. But with 46 I leave it to the young guns, hoping they will push to that point. So much possible, they just need to do it. É.g.: megaloop, than hook into the Microloop a...

Re: Switchblade 11m experience?

I would not like to change to Eleveight. I experienced a quiet bad customer service with Best. Eleveight is new on the market an time will show how it works. That is why I prefer a more stable brand like Cabrinha. And I really like the 9qm switchblade even in waves. Has a nice drift imho... I under...

Re: Switchblade 11m experience?

No. I wouldn't go there, as a wave kite. I had a Switchbl. 10m but it is not suitable as a wave kite imo.Too slow turning. And 11m is bigger so even slower. Actually I was just saying to my buddy today that I finally found a good 10m kite that is good for TT and lightwind surfboard. (For smaller siz...

Re: Help me complete my quiver: 80 kg rider

Thanks a lot for the input. I will be looking for a 9m kite then. What about the light wind kite? Is 9-12-17 a good quiver or maybe I would need another one to fill the gap between 12 and 17m? I don't really want to spend money on more than 3 kites... Also, what about those C-kites? Should I be loo...

Re: Pivot Unbaised Review. Good Kite For Surf?

Interested to read this thread, even though I don't use Naish kites. My waves kites are Cabos. They are great for waves but suck for jumping - you need to be really juiced to get any height out of a jump & even then there's not much float. My assumption is that that is the price you pay for having ...

Re: Best Kiteboarding new prices - Price revolution

Yes because Best is out of business. This company is preying on people that don't know this. Thats why i'm here to inform them. Not to mention the shop owner should watch his mouth We have an internet warrior here lol FYI, kites are much more expensive down in South America due to import taxes and ...

Re: Kiting North west Germany and Amsterdam

Traveling to these areas in May. Would love to get a chance to kite. Any suggestions for beaches and places where I can rent gear would be appreciated. A quick Google for ' huur kiteboard' (' huur' is dutch for ' rent' ) gave the following links, They are all Dutch but find the emailadress and mail...
