Speed 5 is a very nice kite. The son I s are also very good and a little quicker.

All foil kites have the possibility to bowtie, but that comes down to pilot error. No one kite has a tendency to bow tie more than another. Tip tucks maybe (diablo doesn't do this, ozone kites are known for it) but not bowtie. Ime

What "bad things" about the diablo v1? I have these and not a bad word to say about them.

Did you ever manage to find out what the bridle line was and breaking strain used on the Fone diablo? I see that Flysurfer include a column on their line plans titled “Material” DC 60 for example, DC 60 being a Liros product. Would be handy if other manufacturers did the same. Yes. I use 20m. Any longer and it takes the kite a while to get where you want it and sucks the height out of it. Fast wing....bigger jumps. Less your tanking it in the first place.
