No need to shake the kite to inflate it. Just hold the bar in. Make it backstall almost to a hover and the tips come out naturally. Shaking it about will just age it faster.

People are moaning about the price with no consideration to the amount of material or time it takes to build one of these kites. In my experience leis are great for people learning. I'm waiting for kite companies to pick up on the "mowing the lawn" style kitesurfing. We can all do it. I quite often enjoy it, no pressure, no scary wind, lesser chance of injury to all including beach goers watching in amazement. Kite schools can get a faster turn over as training can be shorter. ...

Never stitched a brommel lock. Just made bridles for my diablo and made my own bar n line sets a while ago. Still going strong.

I'd also love the bridle dimensions. 8m 11m and 15m. I've just made my own replacement bridles after a nasty crash. Matched as closely as possible to the opposite sides. Fingers crossed it will work fine.

Get ya hands up in the kite. Work your way into the cells and slide the batons back into it's slot.
