I’m intrigued by these kites for wave riding due to their drifting ability. Wonder how this compares to his small “wave kites”. I also have a concern about self landing in higher winds

It seems like the current popular wave wings are in the 1100 to 1200 cm2 range. For riding small waves, when you are trying to maximize time on wave with depowered kite, wouldn't a larger wing be better? Anyone tried a really big wing in the 1400 to 2000 cm2 range for waves? I tried something different yesterday and went out on twintip with the wave 6.5. Wind was average 16m/s but quite gusty to the point were water was being blown away. It didn't really work very well. Foot switches with smaller board

I am currently 90% on strong side and 30% on weak side with foiling foot switches. How much harder are foot switches with smaller board? Currently 140 cm board looking at 90 to 110 cm range. Thanks

If I am using a low aspect strutless kite and a fat surf wing, will a different wing allow better upwind angles or am I still limited by my kite? To make things clear and all things being equal: 1) A higher aspect wing will improve your vmg but not the upwind angle. 2) Strutless (and 1 strut) kites...
