Re: Shoulders Forward?

6805276.jpg Sorry, my bad, tindy is toe side rail, Should have said tailfish. Low volume boards can be driven around pretty easily when you grab the rail near the back of the plate. Do enough body dragging with a low volume set up and you eventually learn how to swim it around efficiently. I rememb...

Re: Shoulders Forward?

Wood skim with deck pad, enough to float the aluminum foil but quite neutral. The foil itself dictates how the whole thing moves or rather "swims". Foils generally self orient to pointing down wind. I come at it from the side, put my rear foot onto the rail near the tail (tindy spot) sink that rail ...

I don't think I ever step to the rail foiling. I only ever crank upwind heel side. Toeside, I'm more likely...

Re: Shoulders Forward?

Cheers, I'm generally foiling for myself, though its lonely enough that the occasional spectator still has a bit of draw! Im just squarely a onewheel kinda guy. Took a nano second to recognize that they had the right idea. No desire to even try a hoverboard or any of the other motorized wheels that ...

Re: Complete Tear ACL

Karim - you are 20 years old. ACL has a function, and helps stabilize the knee especially in 'pivot' motions. If you don't have the ligament due to a complete tear, the meniscus and some of the other ligaments are at higher risk of tears/injuries. And if the meniscus tears, then increased articular...

Re: Shoulders Forward?

"Re: shoulders forward..... Sorry, just cant dig it. like sitting or lying down on your foil. Novelty at best. Narrowing your base decreases agility. For any kind of dynamic carving, riding swell.... sideways stance is where its at!" Correct! If you look at it from the technical point of you... How...
