Bent knee sit ups. Progress to minimum 100 in a session. Diagnosed with bad disks about 60 years ago. Worked up to 200+ sessions. Still kiting and just took up land paddling. Good luck! Get well!!
Yeah sorry the chicken loop that resets just by pushing it back together. (like a seat belt)
Rethinking the ring. I use Duotone bars and I've never had a problem with the chicken loop using the hook....didn't think a ring would matter but it might.
