Hello, Fisherman Huts still a place for kiting after the Ritz Carton,but due to this, the area where you can walk is reduced and used for some schools, so if you are a begginer this is not a suitable place for you to ride alone, take a lesson or ask for supervisation from a school. Yes. Aruba is still one of the worst places to learn compared to what else is out there in the region/world. Did you learn in Aruba? with whom you learn? Provably you have a bad experience, im a IKO level 2 senior instructor, im teaching since 2004 in different countries like Mexico, Brasil, Argent...

I'd like to hear more about kiting in Aruba for the experienced rider. I can't imagine what it would be like to have a line break or bladder pop in offshore winds while 200m offshore... Hi in the North shore near the hotels the wind near the shore is very gusty and off shore, once you go out like 200 meters from the shore the wind is a lot more steady, this is not a place what people can come by themselves without knowing how to ride upwind and go out by themselves to the water, pe...

which school/spot is best for flat water for a beginner? Hi As lawnmower says the wind is very good in this dates, you should bring your kites, you have an spot near to the hotels (off-shore) and other ones around the island, Boca Grandi side-on-shore, Barcadera side-shore, all the spots need a level that you can sail up wind constantly and perfect if you...

You can kite from eagle beach but depends the direction of the wind is more gusty than the huts also i reccomend a rescue boat near in case.
