Hi Steve, if you unhook from a 4-line kite you will have more power. If you even have the power to unhook. If a gust hits you it is almost impossible to unhook immeditaely. Crash the kite and you have a second to unhook. A auto release doesn't make sence because everytime you jump it would open beca...

correct, the 2001 is all black.

The 2002 is black and gray and all covers for the adjuster are red.
So if you don't see any red, it is 2001.
The 2002 has a little knife as well. Just like a belt knife you can find in cars.

I just bought the Fusion seat and it is perfect for me. The 2002 has stronger seams than the 2001.
It has everything you require. It gives you great support for your back.

I heard about the Prolimit, which shopuld be good as well, but couldn't test it yet.

But the Fusion is a good choice.

with a big board it should work. but you have to fly the kite very active up and down to catch the wind. Therefore the 8.5 =surface area 11.6 has a big windrange so you can fly it up to 6.5 Beaufort, depending on the board, weight and ability. According to tests the Skoop has one of the widest depow...

the question now is: would this accident have been avoided by having a quick release? Think about it: you are getting lifted and you have a quick release which works. Would you pull it when the lift starts? We can't know how much lift we get. If a gust hits me I'll wait until I get down. I wouldn't ...
